Over the course of 2021-2023, I redesigned the PSIGEN PSIsafe User Guide into the Kofax PSIsafe User Guide after the company was acquired in 2021.

This piece illustrates the rebranding and restructuring of content to meet the new Kofax company standards, as well as the challenges associated with migrating content to a completely new platform.

The original documentation for the project was hosted as HTML/CSS/Java and PDF formats hosted on the Zendesk Guide platform. After the Kofax acquisition of PSIGEN, I converted this into XML via the DITA-based authoring tool XMetaL, which builds a PDF or HTML output. This content is then manually hosted on the DocShield platform.
